Voici trois grands crit\u00e8res que nous mettons \u00e0 l\u2019honneur, en tant qu\u2019employeur et organisme de formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-initiative\">L\u2019initiative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les avis des sociologues, p\u00e9dagogues, professeurs et professionnels des ressources humaines sont unanimes sur ce point : si on a l\u2019initiative de l\u2019apprenant, on accro\u00eet les chances de succ\u00e8s de la formation. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/cpf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CPF<\/a> est \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard une \u00e9volution positive de la formation professionnelle, car il replace le salari\u00e9 (ou demandeur d\u2019emploi) \u00e0 l\u2019initiative. C\u2019est \u00e0 lui de faire sa d\u00e9marche, choisir sa formation et s\u2019y inscrire. De nombreux services RH et responsables de formation conservent cependant leur r\u00f4le de veille et de s\u00e9lection des formations, un r\u00f4le de conseil qui ne perd pas de son importance, m\u00eame lorsque le salari\u00e9 est \u00e0 l\u2019initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Gymglish en tant qu\u2019organisme de formation, l\u2019importance donn\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise d\u2019initiative de l\u2019apprenant se traduit par un simple test gratuit pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 toute inscription en formation. Bien s\u00fbr, les dispositifs de formation ne manquent pas et <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gymglish.com\/fr\/2019\/03\/19\/elearning-promesses-enjeux-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les innovations e-learning et Ed Tech de ces deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies<\/a> n\u2019ont fait qu&#8217;accro\u00eetre la profusion. Cours particuliers, cours collectifs, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gymglish.com\/fr\/2020\/10\/12\/cours-presentiel-en-ligne-lequel-choisir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cours en ligne<\/a>, classes virtuelles, MOOCs, LMS, VR,<em> serious games,<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gymglish.com\/fr\/2020\/06\/11\/microlearning-comment-engager-apprenant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">microlearning<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/business\/blended-learning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blended learning <\/a>(, etc..), les mots buzz ne manquent pas pour illustrer la diversit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais profusion de formations ne signifie pas apprentissages r\u00e9ussis. Certaines entreprises ont choisi par exemple de mettre \u00e0 la disposition de leur salari\u00e9s un \u201copen bar\u201d de formations et ressources p\u00e9dagogiques gratuites et facilement accessibles en ligne. Mais ce n\u2019est pas parce que nous avons une biblioth\u00e8que exhaustive, gratuite, ouverte 24 h sur 24, 7j\/7 \u00e0 notre disposition que nous allons apprendre quoi que ce soit. Encore faut-il s&#8217;y rendre, identifier quoi apprendre, y retourner, approfondir et m\u00e9moriser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors comment choisir une exp\u00e9rience de formation pertinente ?&nbsp; Peut-\u00eatre en se demandant, au regard de ses objectifs de formation, de quelle(s) fa\u00e7on(s) la formation peut se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler la plus impactante, non pas seulement en terme d\u2019acquisition de nouveaux savoirs, mais aussi de m\u00e9morisation de ces savoirs et de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 les mobiliser plus tard dans la vie r\u00e9elle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\">Gymglish<\/a>, cette question simple nous oriente depuis 2004 vers des sessions d\u2019apprentissages sc\u00e9naris\u00e9es, dr\u00f4les, courtes et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es dans la dur\u00e9e. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019un <em>modus operandi <\/em>parmi d\u2019autres, mais nos apprenants nous disent pour la premi\u00e8re fois s\u2019amuser en faisant un cours d\u2019anglais. Or il n\u2019y a pas meilleure exp\u00e9rience que de s\u2019amuser pour apprendre, continuer d\u2019apprendre et m\u00e9moriser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-financements-possibles\">Les financements possibles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous l\u2019avons vu, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/cpf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CPF<\/a> en France fait \u00e9voluer les arbitrages de financements des formations professionnelles. Toute formation \u00e9ligible au CPF, comme une<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/gymglish\" target=\"_blank\"> formation \u00e0 l\u2019anglais<\/a> ou un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/frantastique-orthographe\" target=\"_blank\">cours d\u2019orthographe,<\/a> est finan\u00e7able pour l\u2019apprenant sans que l\u2019employeur n\u2019ait \u00e0 intervenir ou donner son accord. Mais le CPF ne peut donc pas constituer une strat\u00e9gie formation proactive pour l\u2019entreprise.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/cpf\/comment-utiliser-son-cpf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Chaque salari\u00e9 utilise son CPF <\/a>\u00e0 sa guise, pour passer son permis de conduire par exemple, ce m\u00eame si on lui trouve par ailleurs un grand besoin de progresser en anglais. Le CPF ne peut donc \u00e0 lui seul r\u00e9soudre l\u2019\u00e9quation du financement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu en Allemagne et se d\u00e9veloppant en France, le cofinancement pr\u00e9sente l\u2019avantage d\u2019associer l\u2019entreprise et l\u2019individu dans le succ\u00e8s de la formation \u00e0 financer. Toutes nos exp\u00e9riences de formations cofinanc\u00e9es par entreprises et salari\u00e9s se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es excellentes en termes de taux d\u2019assiduit\u00e9, progression et satisfaction. M\u00eame les taux de renouvellements ou prolongations de formations sont excellents suite \u00e0 un cofinancement, ce m\u00eame lorsque ces prolongations sortent du cofinancement et sont \u00e0 la charge exclusive des salari\u00e9s. Nous recommandons vivement le cofinancement, dans le cadre du CPF ou non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, le financement par l\u2019entreprise reste indispensable en compl\u00e9ment des dispositifs CPF et de cofinancement \u00e9nonc\u00e9s ci-dessus. L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une meilleure formation et \u00e9ducation tout au long de la vie ne peut \u00eatre qu\u2019une affaire d\u2019individus, d\u2019\u00e9cole, de sph\u00e8re publique ou de CPF,
