Si l\u2019on raisonne sur le march\u00e9 global de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/gymglish\/formation-anglais\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formation \u00e0 l\u2019anglais<\/a>, tous types de cours et publics confondus, Gymglish n\u2019a mis qu\u2019un tout petit doigt de pied dans son oc\u00e9an de march\u00e9. M\u00eame sur sa niche de la formation \u201cen ligne\u201d, Gymglish est encore tr\u00e8s loin d\u2019avoir satur\u00e9 le march\u00e9 franco-fran\u00e7ais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alors pourquoi d\u00e9j\u00e0 aller disperser ses modestes ressources commerciales au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rappelons que Gymglish s\u2019auto-finance depuis le d\u00e9but, n\u2019a jamais cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 lever de fonds (et ne cherche toujours pas !) et n\u2019a pas 10 millions d\u2019euros sur son compte pour conqu\u00e9rir le monde \u00e0 grands renforts d\u2019antennes commerciales et de publicit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi ne pas plut\u00f4t consolider cette petite notori\u00e9t\u00e9 naissante sur la France (et l\u2019Europe francophone), exploiter cette petite communaut\u00e9 de clients fid\u00e8les et satisfaits pour leur proposer d\u2019autres produits, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/hotel-borbollon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gymglish formant \u00e0 l\u2019espagnol <\/a>par exemple (un gym\u00f1ol y una cerveza por favor), ou un Gymglish du chinois, comme nous le sugg\u00e8re-t-on fr\u00e9quemment ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former les francophones \u00e0 toutes les langues possibles et imaginables a pourtant conduit au succ\u00e8s un certain Assimil. Alors pourquoi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premier point<\/strong>, Internet, bien \u00e9videmment, facilite la t\u00e2che. Plus besoin d\u2019avoir des si\u00e8ges ou points de vente partout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez un site web ? Quelque part vous \u00eates d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 international. Si en plus votre produit a la chance de pouvoir \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 tout aussi facilement \u00e0 Noum\u00e9a que dans le 12\u00e8me arrondissement de Paris, alors Internet facilite grandement la t\u00e2che. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me chose<\/strong>, <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fichier:Anglospeak.svg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019anglais<\/a> repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 lui seul entre 70 et 80% du march\u00e9 global de la formation aux langues vivantes. Toutes les autres langues se partagent les 20 \u00e0 30% restant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi en termes de tailles de march\u00e9, entre 80% de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 non-anglophone susceptible de vouloir faire de l\u2019anglais, et 5% de Fran\u00e7ais susceptibles de vouloir faire de l\u2019espagnol, il n\u2019y a pas photo ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certes il n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment plus simple de cibler les plus nombreux, mais un march\u00e9 \u00e9norme a l\u2019avantage de laisser beaucoup de place \u00e0 ceux qui n\u2019ont pas forc\u00e9ment besoin ou envie de devenir des leaders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, Gymglish forme \u00e0 l\u2019anglais, et l\u2019anglais a l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre le m\u00eame pour les francophones, germanophones ou hispanophones. Ainsi, en dehors d\u2019indispensables adaptations \u00e9ditoriales, tous les investissements produit, et en particulier notre \u2018mammouthesque\u2019 travail de conception p\u00e9dagogique (car chez GymGlish nous essayons de produire de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux rigolos tous les mois), tous ces investissements ne sont pas \u00e0 refaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019y pas de solution miracle&nbsp;: ce que nous gagnons l\u00e0 sur le produit, nous le reperdons derri\u00e8re en commercial et en marketing (faire conna\u00eetre GymGlish aux Allemands, Espagnols, et demain aux Su\u00e9dois, Hollandais, Cor\u00e9ens, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alors au final pourquoi cette rapide internationalisation ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour des raisons personnelles et non strat\u00e9giques&nbsp;: parce que notre produit est, en toute objectivit\u00e9, tellement g\u00e9nial que nous ne pouvions raisonnablement le r\u00e9server aux francophones (aux \u2018happy few\u2019); plus s\u00e9rieusement, parce que l\u2019internationalisation de notre offre a provoqu\u00e9 l\u2019internationalisation de tout le reste, \u00e0 commencer par notre petite \u00e9quipe parisienne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et travailler avec une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/documents\/newsletter\/200907\/images\/gymglish-staff-1024.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9quipe cosmopolite<\/a>, des clients cosmopolites, des fournisseurs cosmopolites, on adore.
