Surtout pour les petits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les PME convoitent les march\u00e9s offerts par les grands groupes. Et les grands groupes ont besoin des PME pour fonctionner, sous-traiter, s\u2019approvisionner. Pour autant ce petit \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me ne vit pas toujours en harmonie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pratiques sont rudes&nbsp;: demandes de remises dans tous les sens, d\u00e9lais de paiement en multiples de 30 jours, sans parler des lourdes proc\u00e9dures de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement et appel d\u2019offres qui imposent tout, r\u00e8gles du jeux, conditions juridiques, jusqu\u2019aux prix m\u00eame parfois. Bien s\u00fbr de nombreuses PME prosp\u00e8rent, se d\u00e9veloppent et emploient gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs grands groupes clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais toutes les pratiques d\u2019achat sont-elles l\u00e9gitimes&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premier exemple<\/strong>, les demandes de remises sans engagement de volume. Pratique assez banale dans notre secteur de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gymglish.com\/fr\/cpf\/formation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formation<\/a>, les grands groupes montrent leurs chiffres, effectifs, filiales, mettent en valeur un certain potentiel \u00e0 travailler avec eux, demandent d\u2019importantes remises fond\u00e9es sur ce potentiel, mais ne s\u2019engagent sur aucun volume d\u2019achats. Ils souhaitent acheter au d\u00e9tail, mais au prix de gros\u00a0! Pourtant c\u2019est bien le volume qui fait r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies aux fournisseurs, les remises ne sortent pas du chapeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autre exemple<\/strong>, sans cons\u00e9quence op\u00e9rationnelle mais assez r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de l\u2019ambiance&nbsp;: une clause juridique pr\u00e9sente dans de nombreux contrats de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement autorise le grand groupe client \u00e0 d\u00e9barquer \u00e0 tout moment et sans pr\u00e9avis dans les bureaux de son fournisseur, \u00e0 ouvrir les armoires, consulter les livres et saisir les disques durs. Un peu violent non&nbsp;? M\u00eame la police n\u2019a pas ce droit&nbsp;! Si le fournisseur refuse la clause, le contrat est perdu, c\u2019est \u00e0 prendre ou \u00e0 laisser. On peut comprendre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une telle clause dans certains cas particuliers, pour certains fournisseurs ou secteurs sensibles, mais pourquoi l\u2019imposer \u00e0 tous&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dernier exemple<\/strong>, la remise de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. Demand\u00e9e dans de nombreux dossiers d\u2019appel d\u2019offres, la remise de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e s\u2019ajoute aux traditionnelles remises sur tarifs, dur\u00e9es de contrat (etc), et pr\u00e9voit, sur atteinte d\u2019un certain niveau chiffre d\u2019affaires apport\u00e9 par le grand groupe, la r\u00e9trocession d\u2019un pourcentage de ce chiffre d\u2019affaires par le fournisseur \u00e0 son client en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. Imaginez-vous aller demander au patron du bistrot dans lequel vous allez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u00e9jeuner de vous rendre 200 euros en cash en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ne sont que trois exemples issus de notre exp\u00e9rience. Mais il y en a d\u2019autres, et des \u00e9chos de pratiques plus dures encore dans certains secteurs comme celui de la grande distribution. Heureusement, les personnes elles-m\u00eames, nos interlocuteurs au sein de ces grands groupes qui sont nos clients, sont nombreux \u00e0 travailler en bonne intelligence avec leurs fournisseurs, et se montrent pour la plupart \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de leurs enjeux et contraintes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est donc aux grands dirigeants qu\u2019il faut probablement s\u2019adresser, leur demander de faire \u00e9tablir \u00e0 leurs juristes des r\u00e8gles peut-\u00eatre un peu moins s\u00e9v\u00e8res, et de faire appliquer \u00e0 leurs acheteurs des pratiques peut-\u00eatre un peu plus pragmatiques au regard des enjeux de leurs petits fournisseurs. Bien s\u00fbr le grand groupe, comme toute entreprise, doit veiller \u00e0 sa rentabilit\u00e9, surveiller ses d\u00e9penses, rationaliser, centraliser et optimiser ses achats. Mais dans une \u00e9conomie mondiale si comp\u00e9titive, c\u2019est probablement dans son int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019avoir \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de fournisseurs comp\u00e9titifs eux aussi, et capables de lui proposer produits et services de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chers dirigeants de grands groupes, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez donc pas \u00e0 l\u00e2cher un peu la bride.
