2010: Haiti,<\/strong> 300,000 dead according to Haitian sources, up to 92,000 according to non-Haitian sources.<\/p>\n

2004: Sumatra, Indonesia,<\/strong> Indian Ocean, causing 30 meter waves, and a 1 cm vibration<\/a> of the entire planet\u2026 not good vibrations though.<\/p>\n

Earth rhymes with birth<\/strong> and worth<\/strong>, as well as recent Oscar winner Colin Firth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Quake rhymes with bake<\/strong>, cake<\/strong>, and lake<\/strong>. Those things are usually more pleasant than earthquakes.<\/p>\n
